PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a falling preventive device in which operation having high reliability is ensured and noises in the case of operation are damped. SOLUTION: An operating shaft 46 slid by a solenoid 26 and an arm member 22 controlling the falling of a pallet lifting-lowering body S are mutually connected. A damper mechanism 60 decreasing the sliding velocity of the operating shaft 46 when the operating shaft 46 is slid is installed. The damper mechanism 60 has a cylindrical member 62, in which the operating shaft 46 is housed, and a damper effect is displayed by the change of air pressure generated on the inside.
