PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool for a threaded reinforcing bar which can be easily manufactured, is inexpensive and excellent in fixing and work performance. SOLUTION: First and second fixing screw portions 3, 4 are tightened to each other, and fixed to predetermined position of the threaded reinforcing bar 2 in a mode of a double nut to form the fixing tool 1 for the threaded reinforcing bar. A fixing portion to demonstrate the fixing effect only during the tightening is provided on each tightening surface of the first and second fixing screw portions 3, 4. The fixing tool 1 is easily and inexpensively manufactured with a simple configuration, and each tightening surface can be firmly fixed during the tightening without any effect in fitting to the threaded reinforcing bar 2. By firmly fixing each tightening surface, the fixed condition by tightening the first and second fixing screw portions 3, 4 at the predetermined positions of the threaded reinforcing bar 2 can be reliably ensured, and the fixing capacity at the first and second fixing screw portions 3, 4 can be surely demonstrated.
