PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in installing a soundproof floor that a specially processed composite material should by used, and the construction method is adopted in consideration of a fixing method such as nails, an adhesive or the like. SOLUTION: A floor material is provided with an impact sound absorbing soundproof and heat insulting material to which a soundproof effect and a heat insulating and reserving effect are added.
