PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated building reinforced in horizontal rigidity by a fastening metal for fastening a wall panel. SOLUTION: In this prefabricated building 10a, a building unit 21 formed by erecting wall panels 211, 212, 213 on a floor panel 214 is arranged in the same line, the wall panels are connected at the upper ends by connectors 16, an opened opening edge part 101 is formed at the upper ends of the wall panels surrounding like a rectangle, and the opposite wall panels pf the opening edge parts are stretched diagonally by fastening metals 11, 12, 13, 14 to reinforce the horizontal rigidity of the opening edge part 101. The upper ends of the wall panels 211, 221, 231 and the wall panels 212, 222, 232 opposite to the above wall panels are connected and fastened by the fastening metals 11, 12, 13, 14.
