PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the synchronous rotation deviation caused by eccentric components of timing belts, while holding the cost reduction of the timing belts connecting method. SOLUTION: The timing belts 320 laid across drum driving pulleys of a printing drum are constituted of two narrow-width timing belts 320a and 320b obtained by dividing a single belt. When the number of teeth of the respective narrow-width timing belts 320a and 320b is represented by n, the narrow width timing belt 320a is deviated from the other narrow width timing belt 320b by n/2 tooth. The belts are provided in such a positional relation that the respective eccentric components are offset mutually in rotation.
