PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system, having base stations and mobile stations connected to the base stations by the TDMA system that can surely transmit data requiring continuity at transmission reception, especially placing priority while avoiding interference with other devices, in the case that slots are used to send/receive a plurality of data of different kinds at the same time. SOLUTION: The method is provided with a control section 17, that discriminates whether an error occurs in data with higher priority among a plurality of kinds of data when a plurality of slots is used to send/receive a plurality of kinds of the data and switches the slots to send/receive a plurality of kinds of the data, depending on the result of discrimination.
