摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of changing a photocurrent multiplication factor according to the working conditions of the detector. SOLUTION: The detector 20 with a photodiode with a photocurrent multiplying function is provided with a multiplication factor setting part 30 for changing the multiplication factor. In the multiplication factor setting part 30, a plurality of impressing voltage (reverse bias) values are previously set for obtaining various multiplication factors according to the working conditions of the detector 20. In the case that clinical conditions comprised of radioscopic mode and image pickup mode are, for example, the working conditions, the multiplication factor setting part 30 impresses the photodiode with an impressing voltage previously set according to the clinical conditions provided from a CPU 22. An operator can select desired clinical conditions and provides them for the CPU 22 through the use of a console 3.
