PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible the anonymity of a side to disclose information and the publicity of registered information by selecting information such as mail address or telephone number related to an individual or group corresponding to a retrieving person or quality or quantity of information, that the retrieving person has, and managing whether or not the registered information related to the individual or group is to be disclosed or how much information is to be disclosed. SOLUTION: The information of multiple items related to the individual or group is recorded in a data base 1 while being previously related in a logical form and corresponding to the information item on the individual or group inputted with a retrieval request, the other information item related to the relevant inputted information item is extracted from the data base 1 by a retrieval function 2 and provided to an information terminal T of the retrieving person. Besides, when the information on the individual or group suited to the retrieval request is accompanied with approval conditions, only when an approval confirming function 4 requests confirmation to the individual or group of a registration source and there is approval, the information on the individual or group suited to the retrieval request is provided.
