PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input/output system for perusing printing data displayable in a browser on the basis of the list of the storage information of specified perusal data. SOLUTION: In this image input/output system for printing a document whose printing is requested from a client through a network, a perusal preparation request and the various kinds of setting information are received from the network, the acceptability of received user ID and setting information is decided and received printing data are tentatively stored. A hypertext pattern, a perusal data storage holder and an access list notifying method are set from the received setting information, the specified hypertext pattern is taken out from a storage means and the printing data are converted to a specified data format and stored in the specified holder. When the perusal preparation request is present from the network, a hypertext is prepared from the storage information and the storage address of the hypertext and outline storage information are converted to mail data and notified to a specified user.
