PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage device capable of flexibly coping with increase and decrease of scale of each routine in accordance with program change and removing delay from generation of an interruption factor to performance of an interruption processing. SOLUTION: The information storage device is provided with a first rewritable ROM and a second fixed ROM for boot as memories for operation to store programs of a processor, is booted from the second ROM and jumps to a program in the first ROM while performing prescribed procedures, each of the first and second ROMs has interruption address table to jump to a desired interruption processing routine in the interruption processing and is constituted so that either of the first ROM or the second ROM is selected as the interruption address table to be referred based on a selection signal to be generated by the processor according to causes of generation of the interruption processing when the interruption processing is generated.
