PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stable cleaning performance by preventing an adhesion resin layer on a surface of a cleaning member from flowing into both ends, or from shifting toward one side in an image forming device provided with the cleaning member to remove a residual toner on an intermediate transfer belt. SOLUTION: A cleaning roll 7 which transfers a toner image on the intermediate transfer belt 5 to a paper sheet and at the same time, removes the residual toner on the intermediate transfer belt to a downstream side of a fixed transfer fixing position and a pressure roll 8 press-contacted through the roll 7 and the intermediate transfer belt 5 are provided. In the surface of the cleaning roll 7, a resin layer having thickness by heating is formed, and guide rolls 9 are inclined at the prescribed angle and provided in both ends of the cleaning roll 7. The resin layer on the cleaning roll 7 is returned in the direction toward the central part by this guide roll 9 and the resin is prevented from leaking out to the both ends.
