PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet for an electric apparatus, in which heat can be dissipated sufficiently. SOLUTION: A longitudinally elongated box cabinet body 1 having at least one face for sucking air is provided, in one side face thereof, with an opening 4 substantially extending across the entire surface. A relatively flat box fan duct 5 having the substantially same contour as the cabinet, where an exhaust opening 7 is provided in at least one of the upper face, lower face or back face and an exhaust fan 17 is provided at each of a plurality of exhaust openings 16 made in one side, is fixed airtightly to one side face of the cabinet while covering the opening thereof with one side facing the one side face of the cabinet. |
