PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless entry system for use in a vehicle equipped with an auto-closer function, which makes it possible for the user to positively confirm locking of a door. SOLUTION: Even if a locking command code from a transmitter is received, door locking control is not carried out provided that the auto-closer function is in action. The door locking control is carried out after completion of the action of the auto-closer function.
