SOLUTION: The network of specialists for various kinds of special work is constructed and the user pays membership fees as a membership system so as to receive the services of various kinds of work free within a fixed range corresponding to the membership fees concerning the various problems of the member. Thus, the membership fees have the semantics of insurance concerning the various problems of the member. |
