SOLUTION: In a traveling vehicle, which can be rotated by adjusting the outputs of an HST 20 for rotation and an HST 22 for traveling, based on the operation of a steering handle 7, a main speed change position holding mechanism 150 is formed at the connecting part for linking and connecting a speed change arm 63 for the HST for traveling and a main speed change lever 65 and the steering handle 7 and a neutral return mechanism 152, and the connecting part is arranged on the same axis as that of the main speed change position holding mechanism, and the main speed change position holding mechanism is constituted of a brake device.
