PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a material cost, to obviate the restriction on the size and form of a slip of paper for affixation and to enable diversification of utilization forms. SOLUTION: A tacky adhesive layer 21 is formed via a varnish layer 11 or release paper in the exposed prescribed region of printed matter, by which the peeling of the slip of paper 20 for affixation is made easy and the reaffixation to an arbitrary place is made possible by the tacky adhesive layer 21 transferred to the slip of paper 20 for affixation. The material cost may be made lower as compared with the conventional method for manufacturing the slip of paper for affixation by fabricating a raw sheet directly purchased from a manufacturer, and even more the size and form of the slip of paper for affixation are not restricted. Since the form of the slip of the paper 20 for affixation is not restricted, designs of >=4 colors may be formed by using ordinary printing paper and the designs are formed by the same printing machine as that for ordinary printed matter, thereby the designs matched with the designs of the printed matter may be obtained. The more diversification of the use forms as compared with the conventional printed matter printable only with the monochromatic designs is made possible.
