PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat display device which gives no sense of incongruity, without having to change external dimensions of a display panel, and is free of vertical crosstalks. SOLUTION: In a flat display device which includes an array substrate 10, provided with plural pieces of signal lines 8 and scanning lines 11 arranged orthogonal to each other and pixels electrodes 52, arranged in the neighborhood of the intersections of these signal lines 8 and the pixel electrodes 11 via TFTs 9, the widths of the green signal lines 8G are made smaller than those of the outer color signal lines 8R, 8B. |
