PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a gain and axial ratio at a low elevation angle. SOLUTION: The first dipole antenna consisting of dipole elements 2a and 2b and the second dipole antenna consisting of dipole elements 2c and 2d are arranged to be nearly orthogonal at the interval of aboutλ/4 on a reflecting board 6 of a diameter equal to or longer than aboutλ/2. By arranging plural parasitic elements 3a to 3h surrounding the first dipole antenna and the second dipole antenna at an interval of aboutλ/4, the gain and the axial ratio at the low elevation angle are improved.
