PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business system where a visiting nursing station, a visiting care station, an at-home care support center, a day service center and a care shop or an at-home medical care service station obtained by combining them are economically and efficiently used. SOLUTION: A visiting nursing station and/or a visiting care station is installed in the site of a filling station. An at-home care support center and/or a day service center are installed if needed so as to support them. A care shop and a service booth can be disposed near a facility, and an insurance dispensary, a clinic, an athletic center and a beauty saloon can be arranged as associated facilities.
