PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a holder part capable of making an antenna holder light in weight and having a prescribed excellent appearance shape. SOLUTION: In the antenna holder provided with a metallic holder part 10 having a guide hole 20 and a cylindrical spring 4 assembled in the guide hole to be connected electrically, a bar material 40 is head-molded to form an intermediate holder part consisting of a through hole 42, a flanged had part 11 and a leg part 13, head punching is given to the flange part 43 of this intermediate holder part to provide a flange edge 15, a screw thread is roll- formed at a leg part 12, and a stepped guide hole 20 is formed at the hole 42, thereby a working time is reduced and a producing cost is reduced. Furthermore, by forming the flange edge, a thickness is never raised unnecessarily and burry never occurs in spite of forming a driving part at a head part by head-working, thereby beauty excellent as a product is provided. Furthermore, as a line is no longer formed on an outer peripheral surface, a user's request is satisfied sufficiently.
