PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of light intercepted by an active sensor on other active pixel sensors of an array. SOLUTION: This active pixel sensor is provide an interconnection structure 210, containing conductive vias placed on a board adjacent to each other, light sensors consisting of pixel electrode connected electrically to the board via the corresponding conductive via and of layer I formed on the pixel electrode, and a conductive mesh 240, which is formed adjacent to the light sensor and connected electrically to the board via the conductive via. An aperture 310 in alignment with at least one of the pixel electrodes of the light sensor can be formed by the conductive mesh 240.
