PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data-driven information processing system capable of efficiently processing a video image signal. SOLUTION: Concerning a data-driven information processor 620 for processing and outputting a plurality of image data comprising a screen, when a data packet storing an instruction code and data is inputted, this data packet is inputted through a merging part and an ignition control part to an arithmetic part. The arithmetic part has computing elements corresponding to the respective instruction codes of different kinds, the input data packet is processed according to that instruction code by any computing element corresponding to this instruction code, the processing result is stored as data in the input data packet, and this input data packet is outputted. At least one computing element in the arithmetic part is provided with a prescribed computing element for operating a plurality of image data in the input data packet as prescribed according to the instruction code of this input data packet.
