PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the area of an IC occupied by a noise removing means and to acquire the image signal of high S/N. SOLUTION: This device has plural solid-state imaging devices located two- dimensionally, vertical signal line for reading for each element stream composed of plural photoelectric transducers, clamp capacitor for clamping the output of this vertical signal line, horizontal signal line for outputting the output charge of this clamp capacitor through one transfer switch, amplifier connected to this horizontal signal line, and feedback capacitor connected between the input and output terminals of the amplifier.
