PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an amplitude-increased vibration control device having compactness in a total unit of the device to settle large shaking of long wavelength in a short time. SOLUTION: This device is characterized by constituting it with a mass unit 2 moved to reciprocate relating to an oscillating unit 1 vibrated by external vibration, a large/small diametric coaxial rotary unit 3 mounted rotatably in the mass unit 2, a rotational guide 4 rotating a large diametric coaxial rotary unit 3b matched with movement of the mass unit 2, a vibration damping cord unit 5 wound to a small diametric coaxial rotary unit 3a, and an elastic unit 7a, 7b arranged between the oscillating unit 1 and the small diametric coaxial rotary unit 3a respectively.
