<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed document issue system which can electronize issuing operation for a sealed document and automatically issues the sealed document. SOLUTION: When an administrator of authority over sealing operates an authentication acceptance part 10 with a key 11, the authentication acceptance part 10 outputs an authentication signal showing that authentication has been obtained to a saved document issuing terminal 20. The saved document issuing terminal 20 once receiving the authentication signal creates a sealed document 30A with an impression of a seal at a request made by a person in charge of document issuing operation.</p> |
