<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system capable of easily inputting required items and reducing input errors as little as possible when preparing new document information to be stored in a document data base. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a map data base 14 storing map information, document data base 15 storing document information composed of job information belonging to a present job section and the job documents of multiple sections belonging to the other job sections, relational information correspondence table 16 storing the correspondence of related map information and document information, display part 2 for displaying information or the like selected out of map information or document information, information selecting part 4 for selecting the contents of information or the like to be displayed on the display part 2, and overlap decision part 9 for deciding the presence/absence of an overlapped part in a map graphic area in map information designated by the document information and when there is the overlap in the map graphic area selected by the information selecting part 4 and displayed on the display part 2, the overlap decision part 9 turns one part of document information related to the map graphic area of that overlapped part into state selectable for the information selecting part 4 and displays it on the display part 2.</p> |
