<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an undesirable deformation of a ceramic green sheets or a breakage in the ceramic green sheets from being developed due to a negative pressure which is exerted on suction holes when a laminate is obtained by repeating processes for transferring the ceramic green sheets on a stack table in a state that the sheets are held by an adsorbing head having the suction surface with a plurality of the suction holes distributed therein. SOLUTION: A plurality of ceramic green sheets 6 are transferred on a stack table 12 by a suction head 7 so that a laminate 26 consisting of the ceramic green sheets 6 is formed on the table 12 and thereafter, for smoothing the surfaces of these sheets 6, the surfaces of the sheets 6 are pressed by a press head 18 having a plane-shaped press surface 17.</p> |
