PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of connection of grounding wire with shielded wire. SOLUTION: A connector 10 consists of a top case 14 provided with a bus-bar 16 integrating a pressure welding blade 16b for connecting to a shield layer 11a cutting off a sheath 11b of a shielded wire 11 with a shield layer 11a and a terminal part 16c to be coupled with a terminal fitting 12a of a grounding wire 12 terminal, and a bottom case 15 provided with a guide groove 15a for inserting through and holding a shielded wire 11. By covering with the top case 14 after the bottom case holds the shielded wire 11, the above pressure welding blade 16b gets access to the shield layer 11a cutting off the sheath 11b, and at same time, the above terminal part 16c is arranged inside a guide passage 15d, into which is guided for connection the terminal fitting 12a of the grounding wire 12 terminal.
