摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low reflection transparent conductive film having a good abrasion resistance and surface hardness. SOLUTION: The low reflection transparent conductive film has a transparent conductive layer and a layer having a refractive index different from the transparent conductive layer on a hard-coated film with an active-energy ray curing type resin layer laminated on a transparent backing-material film with a high surface elastic modulus, thus increasing the surface strength.
