PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to exchange information with a portable communication apparatus, easily even with one hand, with a simple construction while lighting objects such as a drawing or the like. SOLUTION: This portable lighting device is provided with a case 100 having a radiation part 103 of translucent member, an operation part 104, an LED 105 arranged in the case 100 and is stuck on a portable phone 500 by a sticking member. The LED 105 emits light with using a battery in the case 100 as an electric source by operating the operation part 104. Light from the LED 105 is, thereby, irradiated through the irradiation part 103.
