PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record information signals of real time simultaneously in many channels without a failure in capturing of the information signals during recording. SOLUTION: When data including video and/or voice data supplied from plural terminals (plural processors) R1, R2, etc., RJ, and RJ+1 to RN are recorded via a memory 7 in a storage 1 of a hard disk drive, etc., the data described above are read out in time sharing from the memory 7 in processor units and are sent to the storage 1 by control of a memory access controller 4 and a multichannel controller 5.
