PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an optical fiber sheet from buckling when the sheet is bent. SOLUTION: This optical fiber sheet is applied to the case that an optical fiber wiring path within an optical device is formed into a curved shape. The optical fiber 3 is laid in the sheet 5 so as to be arranged in the curved shape matched to the curve shaped optical fiber wiring path. The side edge line of the sheet 5 is formed into the curved shape forming a narrow extra width 5a along the optical fiber 3 arranged in the curved shape. That is, a part where the optical fiber 3 is not laid in the sheet 5 is removed as much as possible. Rigidity of the sheet 5 becomes a required minimum, buckling of the sheet 5 when the optical fiber sheet 1 is bent is supported by rigidity of the optical fiber 3, and whereby buckling of the sheet 5 is not generated.
