PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture processor by which a natural picture with high picture quality after an averaging processing is obtained. SOLUTION: An averaging processing means 310 obtains pixel data X# after the averaging processing of object pixel data X by a calculation, i.e., X#=(1-k) X+k((aX+bY+cZ)/(a+b+c)) through the use of the multilevel average value Y of pixel data B, D, E and G which are positioned in the vertical or/and horizontal direction of object pixel data X, the multilevel average value Z of pixel data A, C, F and H which are positioned in the orthogonal direction of object pixel data X, a one or small optional and positive value k and optional integers a, b and c. |
