PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select movement, rotation, enlargement, reduction, and a range of a picture displayed on a computer screen by a selection means. SOLUTION: A computer 1 and a selection means 3 can perform infrared communication with each other, and a relative position to a reference position and a self-attitude (inclination) of the selection means 3 are detected, and the relative position and the self-attitude of the selection means 3 which are changed by movement of the selection means 3 are obtained, and a certain area of the picture displayed on a screen D of a monitor 2 connected to the computer 1 is selected in accordance with the result, and the picture in this area is outputted, for example, printed by a printer. |
