PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which can provide a place where a technology owner (e.g. venture company) and an investor (e.g. venture capital) meet each other irrelevantly to whether a patent is not applied for yet or has been already applied for. SOLUTION: Technical document data provided by the venture company which collects investments are recorded in a document data storage device by a site operator and investors such as venture capitals, patent agents, etc., are allowed to browse the technical document data. Here, the device may be equipped with a means which processes data whose date and time have been authenticated into data with date and time authentication as the document data. |
