PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a motor and prevent generation of malfunction of a rotating position detecting device by using a simple means. SOLUTION: In a recessed part 30 facing a Hall element 42, a shielding part 32 as a magnetic shielding means is installed by extending a part of an end edge of a stator core 23 constituting a stator 21. The shielding part 32 is positioned between the Hall element 42 and a pole 24a facing the Hall element 42, and cuts off leakage magnetic flux from an excited coil 25. As a result, influence of the leakage magnetic flux upon the Hall element 42 is reduced, so that malfunction which is to be caused by a phenomenon that the Hall element 42 detects the leakage magnetic flux can be prevented. |
