SOLUTION: This word recognizing device is provided with a customer information DB 1 storing prescribed customer information, and a word dictionary generating part 2 generating a plurality of word dictionaries 3-1, 3-2, ...,3-m storing prescribed information for retrieving the customer information stored in the customer information DB 1 on the basis of prescribed character information about the customer information of the DB 1.
