<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a pipe joint for a sewage pipe of an earthquake resistant structure by a metallic pipe such as a ductile cost iron pipe. SOLUTION: In a pipe connected by inserting an insertion port 3 formed at an end part of one pipe 1 inside a socket 2 formed in an end part the other pipe 1 by interposing a sealing rubber band 5, and in this earthquake resistant joint for a sewage pipeline where the sealing rubber ring 5 is interposed between an inside surface and an outside surface of the insertion port 3 on a side inside surface of a socket opening 4, a lock ring 8 is arranged on the inmost side of the socket 2 from the sealing rubber band 5, and a circumferential directional projecting part for engaging with the lock ring 8 is formed in a socket inmost position separate by an allowable slipping-out distance S from the lock ring 8 in outside surface of the insertion port 3 inserted into the socket 2, the insertion port 3 receiving depth of the socket 2 is set to the depth of almost the insertion port end 11 contacting with the socket inmost part 12 when inserting the insertion port 3 up to the socket 2 inmost position separated by the allowable slipping-out distance S. The circumferential directional projecting part 13 is formed of a welding bead. A centering member 9 of the lock ring 8 is formed of an elastic foaming body.</p> |
