STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING JUNCTION BOX TO WIRE HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the conventional method of connecting junction boxes to the electric wires of wire harness, in which the conventional method requires many portions need to be welded and the larger bus bars are required because the core wires are exposed from the end of electric wires and they are welded to the bus bars one by one and welded to different positions in the case of a plurality of electric wires. SOLUTION: A plurality of electric wires constituting wire harness are inserted into a junction box. Core wires exposed form these electric wires are stacked to be welded integrally on the surface of the bus bars and a plurality of electric wires are connected to the bus bars by splicing.
