<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the communication range of a base station by controlling a GPS reference signal supplied to a base station clock generator, especially to a base station MODEM. SOLUTION: The clock generator is provided with a GPS clock reception section 100 that generates a system clock and a PP2S signal by using a reference time received by a GPS for a reference, a system clock distributor 20 that inputs the system clock and distributes it, a clock generating section 3000 inputs the PP2S signal and generates a clock signal being a base station synchronizing signal to extend the range, a plurality of base station MODEMs 400 that modulate-demodulate data synchronously with the clock signal being the base station synchronizing signal, a CPU 500 that outputs a control signal used to transmit data to a plurality of the base station MODEMs 400, and a control section 600 that inputs the control signal from the CPU 500 to control the CPU 500 to transmit data to the base station MODEM 400 desired by the CPU 500.</p> |
