PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matte paint-coated paper free from the ink-transfer trouble inherent to the coated paper, having excellent high-speed processability, low white-paper glossiness, high whiteness and high print quality and producible at a low cost. SOLUTION: This matte paint-coated paper having a coating layer containing a pigment and an adhesive on a base paper has a releasing agent layer on the surface of the coating layer.
