PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a crystalline CIS system light-absorbing layer film with a quality chalcopyrite structure by conducting a film-forming processing under sufficient high temperature on a substrate, thereby manufacturing a light-weight and flexible solar cell which is superior in photoelectric transfer efficiency. SOLUTION: This solar cell uses a substance, in which the electric insulation layer film is formed on the surface of a carbon film, as a substrate. |
