PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase freedom of designing in a variety of apparatuses using a switch mechanism. SOLUTION: The switch mechanism comprises a body-side case 2 having a button retaining part 14b, a circuit board 22 arranged inside the body-side case, a momentary switch 23 arranged on the circuit board, and an operating button 19. The operating button 19 has a retained part 19b retained by the button retaining part of the body-side case; an operated part 19a operated so as to be displaced with respect to the retained part by being pushed parallel with a main surface of the circuit board; and a switch pushing part 19d, which is operated in direction orthogonal to the pushed direction of the operated part following the operation of the operated part for pushing the switch. |
