PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for cooling having a drainageway exhibiting high drainage efficiency and compatible with a tube produced by machining one brazing sheet. SOLUTION: A tube 14 being employed in the heat exchanger 1 for cooling is produced by a machining step for forming, from one brazing sheet A, the flat parts 18, 18 of a heat exchanging medium passage 16 and a part 17 where the brazing sheet A is jointed to one end in the ventilating direction, and a step for making a drainageway 20 on the downstream side in the ventilating direction of the tube 14 which is incorporated during the machining step.
