PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a no-contact IC card whose card surface is smooth and which itself has sufficient strength and high reliability and is inexpensive, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This non-contact IC card is fabricated by laminating a rear layer 1, an adhesive layer 2, a base material layer 3, a smoothing layer 11 and a surface layer 10. The base material layer 3 is provided with an antenna coil 4 and an IC chip 5.The smoothing layer 11 is made of epoxy resin, the glass transition point and the modulus of longitudinal elasticity of which are prescribed values respectively. |
