PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer analysis system giving an effective suggestion about customer acquirement and to provide a recording medium in which a customer analysis program is recorded. SOLUTION: Merchandise, customer, store and period are designated as processing objects (steps S1 to S5), a purchase history is red (step S5), the data of the processing objects are extracted (step S6), data identifying with customer and merchandise are gathered together (step S7), the data are put together (step S8), and it is detected by using the data that the customer comes to select a different commercial unit (step S9). |
