PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information service system to physical distributors providing a plurality of physical distributors with information effective for operation control and/or operation plan. SOLUTION: This information service system to physical distributors consists of a plurality of member companies composed of physical distributors, a physical distribution information center and physical distribution vehicles belonging to the respective member companies. The physical distribution vehicles are provided at least with an on-vehicle terminal transmitting prescribed information needed to acquire traffic information to the physical distribution information center. The physical distribution information center is provided with a traffic flow data processor obtaining traffic information on the basis of prescribed information from the on-vehicle terminal, a traffic flow data storage device storing the prescribed information from the on-vehicle terminals of the member companies and/or the traffic information obtained by the traffic flow data processor, and a traffic flow prediction processing predicting traffic flow on the basis of the stored data. The member companies are provided with a traffic processor performing operation control and operation plan processing on the basis of the entire or a part of information obtained by the physical distribution information center.
