PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print controller capable of efficiently using performance of a printer. SOLUTION: The printer 20 to generate print job data for printer to enable 1UP/2UP color print and monochrome print and to switch the color print and the monochrome print according to page data to be included in the received print job data is constituted of a plotting instruction file creating part 21 to output a color information table to indicate whether each page is a color page or a monochrome page, a language information table creating part 23 to create print job data to include color page data to make the printer perform the color print for each color page and one monochrome page before and after odd- numbered continuous color pages and to include monochrome page data to make the printer perform the monochrome print to each of other monochrome pages based on the color information table and a print job data creating/ transmitting part 24.
