PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling property of a hydraulic torque transmission device. SOLUTION: A torque converter 1 transmits torque from a crankshaft 2 of an engine to a transmission. The torque converter 1 is provided with a toque converter body 5 having a hydraulic chamber at the inside and a damper mechanism 6 for directly and elastically connecting the torque converter body 5 with the crankshaft 2 in a rotating direction.
