PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further effectively warm a stool by a stool heater by preferentially turning on a wash water heater to the stool heater. SOLUTION: This sanitary cleaning device has the stool heater 7, a stool temperature sensor 8, a water level sensor 17, the wash water heater 15, a water temperature sensor 16 and a controller 21. The controller 21 actuates the wash water heater 15 for heating wash water when heating of the wash water is insufficient, and a water level in a tank is sufficient from a detecting result of both sensors 16 and 17. The controller 21 actuates the stool heater 7 for heating the stool when the heating of the wash water is sufficient and heating of the stool is insufficient from a detecting result of both sensors 16 and 8. The controller 21 allows actuation of the stool heater 7 for heating the stool when the heating of the wash water is insufficient and the water level is insufficient from a detecting result of the water temperature sensor 16 and the water level sensor 17.
